Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to execute complex engineering tasks for CCAs and box assemblies. The role translates customer requirements into manufacturing processes, manages BOM and routing, and drives NPI/ECO initiatives.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with up to 7 years of electronics manufacturing experience. Candidates should be proficient in viewing wiring diagrams and adhering to ISO9001/13485 or AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

Ability to interpret most technical documents such as wiring diagrams and drawings effectively.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards such as ISO9001/13485 or AS9100.
Knowledge of the concepts of New Product Introduction and how to execute projects including supporting functions.
Executes Design for Assembly and Test tasks as required.
Follows and creates detailed instructions and adheres to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into assembly and test processes, manage BOM/doc control, and validate routing.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
Develop manufacturing process documentation and work instructions for production release.
Support schedules for engineering projects and coordinate tasks/resources with the team.
Drive process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
