Job summary

ADP, Inc. in West Point, MS, is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to support new product launches in our electronics assembly department.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience, with BOE, IPC standards, wire harness assembly, and ISO 9001–based process improvements. Responsibilities include developing work instructions, test procedures, jigs, and layouts to maximize productivity and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• BOE experience is required.
• Experience with IPC standards is preferred or required.
• Wire harness assembly experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basis of estimate creation by providing manufacturing flow times according to contractual requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, including work instructions and engineering drawings to support manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the development of jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids.
• Assist in the development of electronics manufacturing processes that adhere to ISO 9001 certification standards such as ESD, FOD, and material storage procedures.
• Optimize assembly line layouts to maximize productivity and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Serve as technical liaison between customer, manufacturing, quality assurance and vendor and supplier personnel to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Assist in test procedure creation, equipment recommendations, and troubleshooting.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Job Summary

Electronics manufacturing engineer that will assist with new product launch in our electronics assembly department. The candidate should have experience with IPC Standards, product testing, and BOE creation for circuit card assemblies and wire harnesses .

Job Responsibilities
