Job summary

ALL is seeking an Electronic Maintenance Tech I to support USMC operations at Fort Lee, VA. This full-time role maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots electronic systems to ensure operational availability.

You will work with higher-level Technicians and report to the Program Manager, performing maintenance and documenting actions in the MIS. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years in electronics, familiarity with MS Office, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year electronic technician training preferred.
• Experience in electronics is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, troubleshoots, and installs electronic equipment.
• Applies electronics knowledge to diagnose malfunctions.
• Assists with quality control and reporting.
• Documents maintenance actions in the Management Information System.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on training systems.
• Completes maintenance records, logbooks, and inventories.
• Proficient with current and future simulation software and hardware.
