Job description

Job Title: Electronics Lab Technician

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Torrance, California

Pay Rate: $25-32/hr. W2


Responsibilities:

  • Functional acceptance testing of circuit board assemblies and power electronic units following defined test procedures.
  • Setup and utilize standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, power supplies, and digital multimeters with no direction.
  • Troubleshoot, root cause, and document electronic assembly issues.
  • Understand how to read electrical schematics and use manufacturers’ product data sheets.
  • Support development testing of high voltage power electronic components.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safe practices.

What you will need:

  • Technical degree in electronics preferred.
  • 2+ years of electronics technician experience.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Familiar with prototype and fabrication shop processes.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and passionate about getting jobs done.
  • High voltage experience.
