Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an experienced technician to enhance the reliability of electronic systems essential to our operations. You will apply your instrumentation and electrical expertise to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will perform advanced maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting across pneumatic and electronic field instrumentation, PLCs, and DCS systems, following safety protocols and technical manuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instrumentation and Electrical systems maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical components and systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used in I&E troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electronic systems.
• Technical certification in Instrumentation / Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance using standard methods and tools.
• Read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Repair and calibrate pneumatic field instrumentation.
• Repair and calibrate electronic field instrumentation.
• Excellent electrical/instrument troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of PLC's.
• Properly use high voltage test equipment and refUse high voltage lines.
• Remove and repair switchgear.
• Troubleshoot electrical/instrument issues.
• Working knowledge of process control fundamentals and PID tuning.
• Know and work with DCS systems, motors, and motor controls.
