Compensation
Salary starting at: $60,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and education)
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am to 3:50 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am to 11:30 am
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of verifiable industry experience (aviation or military aviation preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance, Electronics, or related area
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred but not required
- Teaching experience is ideal but not required; training provided for new faculty members
- Familiarity with computers for using teaching software and email
- Experience with basic electricity
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities and Duties
Faculty members conduct classroom presentations; guide students in the laboratory for hands‑on instruction and practice; manage laboratory equipment and inventory; and evaluate student performance. A full job description will be provided during the interview process.
