Job summary

Advanced Innovations is seeking a skilled Installer to join the team. You will create complex components by aligning materials and connecting parts, with responsibilities including reading schematics, measuring components, and maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate reads blueprints, has technical knowledge, excellent manual dexterity, and a background in assembly or related roles. You will drive with dependable transportation and participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school certification preferred but not required.
• Experience as an assembler or similar role preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics required.
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools required.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles needed.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Precisely measure components to ensure fit and tolerances.
• Modify components to meet specifications.
• Assemble parts to create complex pieces.
• Maintain high quality control standards.
• Keep detailed records of work.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Report equipment issues or defective parts.
