Benchmark Electronics Inc is seeking an Incoming Inspector to perform visual, mechanical and electrical inspections on components, assemblies and sub-assemblies from vendors and internal sites. The role supports compliance with drawings and quality standards, fostering teamwork in a continuous improvement environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years of electronics inspection experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Effective multi-tasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
• High attention to detail.
• Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials from vendors and customers for compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Perform inspections on electronic and mechanical parts and assemblies for proper markings and quality requirements.
• Enter data into the Data Collection System.
• Check configurations on assemblies.
• Provide timely feedback to operations, management, and support engineering.
• Follow and maintain process documentation and suggest improvements based on data.
