Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Debug Technician/Programmer on 2nd shift to maintain and improve the Functional Verification Test process and related equipment. You will diagnose board-level failures, operate test equipment, and support process improvements across manufacturing and engineering teams.

The role requires an Associate degree in electronics or related field, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and experience with testing and diagnostics. U.S. citizenship is required for this site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related technical discipline is required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and electronics troubleshooting.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and diagnostics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards to the component level.
• Operate and troubleshoot electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Interpret schematics, BOMs, and testing procedures.
• Support yield improvements by reducing operator errors and defects.
• Assist Test Engineering with data analysis and improvements.
• Analyze yield reports, failures, and trends to drive corrective actions.
• Document downtime and defects using tracking systems.
• Ensure changes and revisions are implemented and validated.
