Job summary

Cirris, Inc. seeks a skilled Field Service Technician III / Electronics Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, calibrate, and service Cirris test equipment and related partner products while delivering professional customer support.

You will use CRM and service systems to document activity, prepare quotes, and coordinate with Sales and other teams. Strong electronics repair experience and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Repair, calibrate, and troubleshoot Cirris test equipment and partner products.
• Post-secondary electronics training or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years in electronics repair or related service role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare repair quotes and coordinate with Sales and internal teams.
• Document repair activity in CRM and service systems; track status and provide solutions.
• Provide advanced product and service information to customers and internal stakeholders.
