Job summary

CSAT Solutions seeks a Failure Analysis Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair complex system failures in a warehouse environment. You will inspect units and components, assemble/disassemble hardware, and enter data in shop floor systems while following established procedures and ISO quality requirements.

The role requires an associate degree in electronics or related field, 2+ years' experience in failure analysis or electronics repair, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or preferred in electronics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in failure analysis, electronics quality inspection, or computer repair.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and block diagrams.
• Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of computer hardware/components and basic software.
• Experience using hand power tools.
• Proficient English abilities.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Tests, troubleshoots and repairs complex system failures.
• Conducts visual mechanical inspection of units and components.
• Assembles and disassembles units and computer components.
• Performs data entry using shop floor systems.
• Follows engineering change orders.
• Interacts daily with operations and materials groups.
• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 or other quality requirements.
• May perform component level troubleshooting and other duties as assigned.
