Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Failure Analysis Test Technician in Mount Pleasant, PA. You will evaluate returned products, reproduce reported failures, and perform detailed diagnostics to identify root causes and failure modes.

You’ll support Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support with accurate analysis and documentation that drives corrective actions. Responsibilities include executing tests, stress evaluations, and preparing comprehensive failure analysis reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical cert or associate degree in electronics preferred.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical diagnostics and test equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized test procedures to reproduce customer-reported issues.
• Perform stress testing and extended evaluations to detect intermittent or hard-to-reproduce failures.
• Prepare detailed failure analysis reports with root cause and corrective actions.
• Provide technical reports and support to Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Conduct component-level inspection to isolate defective parts or systems.
