Road Ready, a Clarience Technologies business, seeks an Electronics Engineer to lead telematics and sensing device design from concept to production. You will be the technical expert for PCB design, drive hardware architecture, verification, and regulatory readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will mentor PCB layout, oversee ODM hardware development, write product requirements, and help bring next-generation connected devices to market with a focus

Competenze

• BS or MS in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven hardware design experience with discussable projects.
• 5+ years in Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Low Power devices.
• Travel to Canada required.

Mansioni

• Design telematics and sensing devices from prototype to production.
• Lead PCB layout standards and mentor layout engineers.
• Oversee hardware development with ODM partners and ensure verification.
• Write and review product requirements and design to specs.
• Create PCBA drawings and BOM in collaboration with Mechanical Design.
• Coordinate timelines with Project Engineering.
• Develop and execute DVP&R tests and close corrective actions.
• Provide technical design support to customers, Manufacturing, Engineering, and QA.
• Resolve component supply issues and qualify replacements.
• Track new semiconductor tech and assess its product applications.
