Job summary

Bruker is seeking an Electronics Engineer to sustain and improve the electronics production line for microscope production in Kirkland, WA. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, assembly, testing, and planning to ensure reliable manufacturing of advanced instruments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics, strong analog/digital electronics knowledge, and 2+ years in R&D or manufacturing. Excellent communication and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics required.
• At least two years of experience in an R&D and/or Manufacturing environment.
• Strong self-management and drive to get things done.
• Strong hands-on problem-solving drive and quick learning ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English required.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day sustaining of the Electronics Production Line in Kirkland.
• First line troubleshooting of technical problems on the production floor, including final check before deploying to the product.
• Creating and maintaining process work instructions, fixture drawings, and other documentation.
• Advocate for Design for Manufacturability at the site.
• Coordinate the new product introduction (NPI) and ramp-up of products and parts with R&D, assembly, testing, purchasing, and planning teams.
• Document existing assembly processes and procedures and continuously improve documents to increase production efficiency.
• Maintain overall electronics production line quality by tracking Yield, Scrap, and Nonconformities.
• Participate in Material Review Boards
