Job summary

U.S. Army Civilian Human Resources Agency seeks an Electronics Engineer to assist in designing and developing electronics devices and systems per established criteria.

You will inspect and evaluate projects, identify engineering problems, and recommend corrective actions while reviewing design documents and computations. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports and studies with complete, technically adequate content and adherence to prescribed formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a program accredited by ABET or equivalent with calculus and engineering science coverage.
• Combination of education and experience accepting EI/EIT/PE licensure as an alternative.
• Experience in inspecting and evaluating electronics engineering projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of electronics engineered devices, equipment or systems using established criteria or specifications.
• Assist in the inspection and evaluation of electronics engineered projects and resources.
• Identify electronics engineering problems and recommend corrective action.
• Review technical electronics engineering project design documents, computations, and submittals.
• Prepare technical electronics engineering reports and studies with completeness, technical adequacy, and adherence to prescribed format of reports.
