Job summary

Foxlink Group seeks a Packaging Technology Engineer to support the launch of a new Fort Worth, TX facility, focusing on packaging design, reliability validation, and process optimization.

The role involves building samples, validating packaging solutions, and managing documentation for NPI and Mass Production, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating packaging designs to meet specs and cost targets.
• Ability to develop and validate engineering samples for packaging.
• Proven approach to reliability validation and FACA.
• Experience creating packaging BOMs and DOEs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement packaging design solutions to meet product requirements, manufacturing needs, and cost objectives.
• Create, build, and validate engineering samples to support product development and packaging design verification.
• Conduct product reliability validation and Failure Analysis/Corrective Action activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and release system documentation for NPI and Mass Production phases.
• Develop and manage packaging BOM and DOE plans to optimize packaging performance and manufacturing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement packaging design solutions to meet product requirements, manufacturing needs, and cost objectives.
• Create, build, and validate engineering samples to support product development and packaging design verification.
• Conduct product reliability validation and Failure Analysis/Corrective Action (FACA) activities to identify issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare, maintain, and release system documentation for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) phases, including engineering and process documents.
• Develop and manage packaging Bill of Materials (BOM) and Design of Experiments (DOE) plans to optimize packaging performance and manufacturing processes.
