Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience; 5 years supervisory experience.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain final DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers and technicians (~5) across multiple programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and deliverables for ~5 programs.
• Communicate technical developments to customers and manage expectations.
• Design and develop electronics prototypes and processes in the lab.
• Organize complex projects and act as liaison with customers and vendors.
