Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician I to perform electronic testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and quality support functions. The role focuses on SMD/IC/component-level repair and strong microelectronics expertise.

You will read schematics and BOMs, execute hardware tests, and generate detailed service reports. The contract-to-hire position is based in the Jacksonville, FL area, with travel to customer sites within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic devices at the component level.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, BOMs and blueprints.
• Strong microelectronics troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with electronic testing equipment and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic devices.
• Design and execute hardware testing procedures.
• Perform product testing and identify faults.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and determine root causes.
• Perform SMD/IC/component-level repair.
• Read schematics, BOMs, and diagrams.
• Document testing and repairs in reports.
• Support field testing and customer analysis.
