Job summary

Jabil is seeking a technician responsible for verification testing, diagnosing and repairing electronic circuit board assemblies. The role requires proficiency with test equipment, and the ability to interpret schematics, BOMs, EC documents, and testing procedures.

The candidate will support Test Engineering with data analysis to improve diagnosis efficiency, while following all safety and security policies and contributing as a team member to yield goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and geometry.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a Windows-based PC and related software.
• Ability to read and understand visual aids and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to basic powered functional test failures on electronic circuit board assemblies.
• Exhibit proficiency in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Utilize schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, debugging and testing tools and procedures.
• Assist Test Engineering in data evaluation to improve diagnosis efficiency.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security policies and follow company procedures.
