Saab, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Commodity Management Professional to join our Strategic Sourcing team in North America.

You will lead electronics category strategies, manage supplier evaluations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure value across Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in sourcing or supply chain, a strong electronics background, and experience with ERP systems and international sourcing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years with a BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master's, in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; leadership and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity category strategies to improve quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and award for new contracts.
• Manage approved supplier list for electronics suppliers.
• Support win business in onboarding critical suppliers and conducting spend analysis.
• Analyze data to understand supply base and market trends in electronics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan near- and long-term needs.
• Create adaptable supply chain strategies for electronics commodities.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
