Job summary

NextGen RF Design is seeking a Production Associate to support hands-on electronics production, assembly, and testing activities within our manufacturing operations. You will perform routine assembly, soldering, and functional testing, following established work instructions and test procedures.

We offer training for entry-level candidates, with soldering training provided as needed. The role also provides backup support for shipping, receiving, and inventory, helping maintain production flow in

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome if they demonstrate aptitude, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, test procedures, and packing lists.
• Ability to stand, perform repetitive production activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and test electronic components and subassemblies per work instructions.
• Conduct light mechanical assembly, labeling, and kitting as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records for production, test, material, and traceability per procedures.
• Provide backup support for shipping, receiving, and inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations to meet production needs and maintain 5S and safety standards.
