Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Electronics or server hardware assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and finished products to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Assemble server components including motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage devices, and power supplies.
• Operate manual and automated tools for assembly, fastening, and testing.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to verify quality.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Record production data and report defects.
• Troubleshoot or test replication to identify defects.
• Move materials using inventory systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
