Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola company, is seeking an Electronics Assembly Associate I in Culver City, CA on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role is temp-to-hire with pay of $21.63 per hour and a training schedule of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday during the first week.

You will test electronic assemblies and PCBs, perform final product assembly, record test data, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Operations to deliver high-quality devices on schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand tool experience.
• Basic computer proficiency for production software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic assemblies and PCBs to ensure quality.
• Perform final product assembly and system-level testing.
• Record and report production and test data accurately.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement with feedback and ideas.
