Job summary

Masterson Staffing is seeking motivated Assemblers for 1st and 2nd shifts to learn assembling components per engineering specs and customer requirements under supervision.

As an assembler you will read work orders, position parts, assemble using crimping, screwing, riveting and other methods, mount components on chassis panels, connect wiring, and run go/no-go quality tests to ensure compliance. A resume and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to follow written instructions and drawings.
• Updated resume with relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Background check and 10-panel drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, routing sheets, BOMs, and drawings.
• Position and align parts using jigs and fixtures.
• Assemble components using crimping, staking, screwing, bolting, riveting, welding, soldering, and press fitting.
• Mount electrical and mechanical components onto chassis panels and connect wiring.
• Install assemblies and subassemblies into cases or cabinets and perform go/no-go testing.
