Sol-Ark Inc is seeking a Repair Technician (assembly) in Allen, TX to analyze, repair, and document electronic assemblies. The role emphasizes board replacements, wiring harness repairs, and rework within a structured Assembly environment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least two years in electronic or low-voltage repair, with experience using test equipment and a solid understanding of DC circuits and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school diploma or better.
• Two years of experience in electronic or low-voltage repair or related technical work.
• Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems and common electronic assemblies.
• Use of test equipment for continuity, voltage and functionality verification.
• Understanding of basic DC circuits and power system principles.
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices.
• Follow standardized repair and reassembly procedures accurately.
• Document repairs clearly and completely in electronic systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, and lift.
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to eighty (80) pounds.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair board-level components and perform wiring harness repairs on electronic and low-voltage assemblies.
• Conduct electrical testing to verify function and performance of repaired assemblies.
• Maintain organized workbench and log part usage and replacements.
• Document repair results and corrective actions in logs or databases.
• Provide feedback to assembly and quality leadership to reduce defects.
• Follow established repair procedures and safety/quality standards.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
