Sol-Ark is seeking a Production Assembler to join our Operations Production Team in Allen, Texas. This full-time onsite role focuses on assembling electro-mechanical devices, programming and testing, and final packaging.

Immediate 1st and 2nd shift opportunities offer potential for growth within the company. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience with detailed assembly, strong reliability, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Vocational training or related education preferred.
• Experience performing detailed assembly work.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to identify and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic products by following written work instructions and established procedures.
• Perform device programming, electrical testing, final product testing, packaging, and labeling.
• Complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and consistently while meeting quality and production standards.
• Take ownership of assigned work from beginning to end and ensure work is completed correctly.
• Identify and communicate quality, process, safety, or equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Use hand tools, basic power tools, and testing equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time and prepared for the scheduled shift.
