Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company seeks a Production Supervisor to lead Electronics Assembly Manufacturing operations within the Electronics Value Stream. You will direct Assembly Technicians and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to meet SQDC objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Operations Management, Engineering or Business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure timely safety trainings.
• Drive product quality by adhering to standards and addressing nonconformances.
• Ensure schedules and customer commitments are met through planning and execution.
• Reduce costs by minimizing downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Develop and communicate daily production plans and monitor performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
