Job summary

Senex Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Electronics Assembly Operator to join a specialist electronics manufacturer in Rochester, Kent. The role covers PCB and cable assembly, soldering and general electronic manufacturing activities for high-reliability products.

You'll work within a skilled production team, performing SMT and through-hole soldering, crimping, and assembling harnesses to exacting standards for global customers. Prior PCB/cable assembly experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCB and cable assembly in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to solder SMT and through-hole components.
• Accurate reading of engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain high quality and workmanship standards.
• Record production information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCB and cable assemblies per manufacturing docs.
• Operate SMT pick-and-place equipment to populate boards.
• Build cable harnesses using soldering and crimping.
• Follow procedures and keep accurate production records.
• Ensure finished products meet quality requirements.
