Job summary

Quality Electrodynamics, LLC is seeking an Operations Intern to perform various electronic and mechanical operations and assemblies by following work instructions using hand tools and other equipment. During the school year, times may be adjusted to fit Co-Op responsibilities and classes.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment, with on-the-job training for tool use and process adherence.

Qualifications

  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment after proper training
  • Ability to complete tasks correctly and in a timely manner after proper training

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly operations per documented procedures and applicable standards.
  • Follow all safety and ESD guidelines.
  • Remove support material and sand DDM printed parts per work instructions and training.
  • Use hand or power tools as needed.
  • Follow all safety requirements and use personal protective gear as required.
  • Ensure good organization and cleanliness of warehouse area.
  • Contribute to building a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
  • Identify potential problem areas and make suggestions for improvements.
