Quality Electrodynamics (QED) is seeking an Electronics Assembler to perform assembly and repairs on electronic and mechanical components by following documented instructions and using provided tools and programs.

The role requires strong hand dexterity, the ability to read and follow precise procedures, and completion of solder training during probation. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient workflow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform intricate electrical and/or mechanical assembly.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Must complete hands-on solder training within probation period.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work at standard job efficiency after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations per documented procedures and standards.
• Follow safety and ESD guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized workbench and manufacturing area.
• Contribute to teamwork and product flow.
• Perform assembly and repair operations per procedures and standards.
• Exchange information with auditors as needed.
• Support quality and efficiency improvements; document NCRs and QFs.
