You will read schematics, operate SMT equipment, and perform precision soldering on PCBs. Candidates should have a high school diploma and hands-on experience with electronics assembly; familiar with IPC-A-610 is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hand soldering and electronics assembly.
• Experience with through-hole assembly and PCB work preferred.
• Read assembly drawings and basic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering on PCBs.
• Assemble through-hole components and verify placement.
• Set up and operate SMT equipment.
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework assemblies as needed.
