Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is hiring an Electronics Assembler to solder components and assemble microcircuits for military and telecom applications. The role requires basic soldering skills, IPC-610 familiarity, and attention to precise, high-quality assembly.

You will work with engineering changes at the PCB level and document activity in the ERP system. A high school diploma and US work eligibility are required, with potential for a discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident) is required.
• Soldering experience is required.
• IPC-610 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other parts to PCB locations per IPC.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with microscopes.
• Record activity into a database and review ERP for configuration control.
• Incorporate engineering changes to new and existing products at board level.
