Qualifications

• Experience with hand-soldering.
• Experience with electro-mechanical inspection.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to multi-task.
• Attention to detail, accurate, organized, and timely.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and report deviations.
• Works well with others.
• Ability to obtain ESD certification (training provided).
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble, test, and inspect electronic and electro-mechanical products.
• Ensure no defects are passed downstream.
• Report quality issues for corrective action.
• Complete work according to relevant standards and work instructions.
• Make recommendations to improve quality.
• Assist with equipment installations and maintenance.
