Job summary

Process Technology is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler to join the Production Team in a full-time, hourly non-exempt role. You will review schematics, perform assembly, and test products to meet specifications while maintaining safety and ISO processes.

The position requires basic math, ability to use small hand tools, and adherence to quality standards. Expect opportunities to contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused work environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to use small hand tools.
• Adheres to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings or work instructions.
• Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
• Test and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.
• Report any deficiency to the Department; follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.
• Possess some electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Use small hand tools including cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers.
• Exercise good judgment in quality analysis and communicate discrepancies to the Department Lead.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
