Job summary

Randstad is seeking dependable Electronic Assemblers for an established Long Island electronics manufacturer. You will assemble electronic and mechanical components, install wiring, and follow blueprints and assembly specs to build subassemblies.

Ideal candidates have experience with hand tools, small components, soldering, and a strong eye for detail. The role offers a first shift, 8 AM–4 PM, with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits through Randstad.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 1 year of experience in electronics/assembly preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and drawings.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components into finished products and subassemblies.
• Install hardware, brackets, wiring, connectors, terminals, and other components.
• Solder wires, terminals, connectors, and electronic components as needed.
• Prepare wires including cutting, stripping, and crimping.
• Read and follow assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality.
