Two shift options are available: Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 3:00 PM–1:30 AM. You will assemble components with hand tools, perform crimping, tinning and soldering, identify defects, and follow production schedules while maintaining a

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer.
• Ability to read basic process instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read a ruler and other measuring tools.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components using hand tools.
• Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques.
• Identify and report defective materials.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
