Intellisense Systems, Inc. in Torrance, CA seeks an Electronics Assembler II with strong soldering and mechanical assembly experience. You will build complex electro-mechanical assemblies, interpret engineering drawings, and support prototypes while adhering to AS9100 standards.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent vocational training with several years of hands-on electronics manufacturing.
• Experience soldering SMT and through-hole components to IPC standard guidelines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering of electronic components following IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
• Assemble PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, and subassemblies per drawings and work instructions.
• Support prototypes by interpreting docs, identifying issues, and improving manufacturability.
• Execute production assembly and in-process inspection to ensure quality and customer requirements.
• Maintain material control, traceability, and AS9100 compliance.
