Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of related manufacturing or electronic assembly experience.
• Soldering experience is required; IPC certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with microscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Working knowledge of electronic assembly techniques and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to inspect and verify product quality.
• Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, and procedures to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Accurately complete production records, documentation, and quality-related data.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment in compliance with policies and standards.
