Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years related experience or equivalent
• Soldering experience required; IPC certification preferred
• Proficient with microscopes, test equipment (multimeters, and similar)
• Basic knowledge of electronic assembly concepts and procedures
• English reading/writing/comprehension skills for procedures and safety information
• Strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
• Use microscopes, measuring tools, and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics and assembly processes
• Perform soldering and wiring using hand and pneumatic tools
• Maintain accurate production data and documentation
• Maintain an ESD-safe, clean workstation
• Collaborate with team members and across departments for continuous improvements
• Other duties as assigned
