Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking Assemblers for ongoing opportunities in Pullman/Moscow production facilities. You will assemble electronic components, operate basic machinery, and maintain quality while following safety rules.

Strong English communication and teamwork are essential as you learn SEL processes and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. New hires start around $26/hour with swing shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn basic electronic production processes.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following detailed work instructions and operate manufacturing machinery as needed.
• Package finished products and ensure proper labeling and quality.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized production area.
• Collaborate with coworkers and adhere to SEL Value, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
