Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking Electronic Assemblers for our local electronics manufacturing team in Erie, PA. The role offers two shift options with hourly pay rates of $15.00 on the 1st shift and $16.50 on the 2nd shift.

Typical duties include following detailed instructions, assembling PCB boards, using hand tools and fixtures, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and job travelers provided with materials and parts.
• Assemble electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCB boards).
• Utilize hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
• Complete assembly tasks according to quality and production standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
