We are seeking electronics assemblers of all skill levels. As an electronics assembler, you will assemble electronics and cables for electron sources operating at up to 200 kV. Attention to detail, strict adherence to established protocols, eagerness to improve manufacturing quality, and good communication skills are essential. Training will be provided, but prior electronics assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Assemble rack-mounted electronics.
2. Assemble cables and cable harnesses.
3. Assemble and rework PCBs with SMD components.
4. Assist production engineers with installation, repair, and testing.
5. Create documentation for new assembly procedures.
6. Maintain good housekeeping of the work area.

Qualifications

1. 2-year technical degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Soldering skills.
3. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed engineering drawings and process specifications.
4. Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
5. Ability to work well with others.
6. Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
7. Ability to commute or relocate.

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $53,434 and $70,000, with opportunities for growth and development within the role. The exact salary will depend on factors such as education, experience, location, skills, and job-related knowledge. Full-time employees may also be eligible for performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, medical and dental coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, employee assistance programs, and paid time off.
