Job summary

Zobility is seeking an Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical Assembler to build wire harnesses according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and process documents. You will use hand and power tools, perform continuity tests, and ensure quality and safety in all tasks.

The role requires reading and following detailed instructions, working from written and verbal guidance, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Attractive compensation and benefits are provided.

• Experience reading written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, illustrations or process documentation to assemble electrical harnesses and subassemblies.
• Able to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with hand tools, electrical tools, pneumatic tools, wire cutters, pliers, heat guns and precision measuring equipment.

Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical Assemblers, Except Coil Winders, Tapers, and Finishers LL.US.51-2028, build wire harnesses to blueprint by connecting and twisting wires as required, spects, test for continuity.

Responsibilities

• Use various hand/power tools and other assembly equipment
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Perform continuity checks on the electrical harnesses.
• Participate in compliance inspection Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Safely perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience working from written instructions, drawings, blue-prints, schematics, illustrations and/or process documentation to assemble a wide variety of electrical harnesses and subassemblies.
• Able to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with any of the following: hand tools, electrical tools, pneumatic tools, wire
• cutters, pliers, heat guns and precision measuring equipment.
