Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and government requirements.
• Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and large spend portfolios.
• Ability to analyze spend, supplier performance, cost drivers, market conditions and supply chain risk.
• Ability to influence across multiple functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-level sourcing plans aligned with enterprise commodity strategies.
• Partner with Electronics Commodity Manager to implement site-level supplier strategies.
• Manage relationships with critical site suppliers and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including obsolescence and shortages.
• Lead the development and management of LTAs, SLAs, pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering and Quality on material constraints.
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers per aerospace and company requirements.
• Lead cost reduction and value improvement initiatives.
