HII Mission Technologies’ Electronic Warfare Training Systems Analyst will join a team at JITTC‑N, Nellis AFB NV, to support on-site Modeling & Simulation for EW training environments and the Joint Simulation Environment. The role emphasizes delivering high-fidelity simulations to support USAF capabilities.

The position requires strong collaboration with engineers and government customers, with an emphasis on V&V, performance monitoring, and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 3 years with a Master's; or 9 years with a high school diploma.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance within the last 24 months; ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP clearances.
• Strong written and oral communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site support of JSE training systems at Nellis AFB, NV.
• Assess and optimize hardware/software performance for NGTS and DIADS.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and report system performance and stability.
• Support V&V objectives for operational readiness.
• Develop test plans and document results.
• Collaborate with schedulers, logisticians, and engineers.
• Deliver technical briefs to engineers and government customers.
• Translate data into NGTS models reflecting real-world behavior.
