Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an Operations System Analyst to join our team in supporting Navy EW systems testing and integration. The role involves developing and executing test procedures, reviewing results, and recommending production or design improvements to ensure quality and performance. An ACTIVE Interim Secret Clearance is required to access classified information.

Qualifications

• Eight years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Experience evaluating test results and recommending design changes to ensure quality and performance.
• Familiarity with CONOPS/CONEMP, SOPs and developmental testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform EW system software testing of government-owned systems interfacing with multiple subsystems.
• Develop, integrate, and execute test cases and procedures for prescribed systems.
• Provide SME support from a testing perspective.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure test coverage and system performance.
