Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an Operations System Analyst in Virginia to join our team. This role will perform integration and testing on Navy EW systems, develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.

An Active Interim Secret Clearance is required. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a robust benefits package and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Active Interim Secret Clearance required; US Citizenship required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Perform EW system software testing of government-owned systems interfacing with subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems.
• Develop, integrate, and execute test cases and procedures for the prescribed systems.
• Provide SME support from a testing facet.
