Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on electronics experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Test Technician in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with oscilloscope, multimeter, and power supplies.
• Experience with LabVIEW, Python, or TestStand is preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ESD handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, environmental, and stress testing on electronic components and assemblies.
• Set up and calibrate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and automated test systems.
• Conduct testing according to SOPs, engineering drawings, and customer requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to defective components, faulty connections, or incorrect configurations.
• Document test results, issues, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Assist in developing and improving test procedures to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve product issues and improve testing processes.
• Perform automated testing using LabVIEW, Python, or other scripting tools where applicable.
• Maintain testing equipment and inventory, ensuring tools are calibrated and in good condition.
