Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in electronic repairs.
• Proficiency in diagnosing at the component level and soldering/desoldering PCB components.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test electronic assemblies to meet engineering specifications.
• Read assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
• Perform PCB soldering and desoldering of components.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Support team leads and other technicians in testing processes.
