Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an individual to perform test operations on production equipment, utilizing RF measurement techniques and a range of test tools. The role requires US citizenship for a government security clearance and involves close collaboration with engineering teams.

The successful candidate will set up equipment, run tests on first-article models, and document results while maintaining logs and records for quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required and electronics certificate/degree is preferred.
  • Experience testing hardware (Analog, Digital, and Power) and using RF measurement equipment.
  • United States Citizenship required to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform test operations using written or verbal instructions and test methods.
  • Set up test equipment and perform tests and troubleshooting on production equipment.
  • Operate automated test systems and record test data and results.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to transition to production.
  • Maintain test records and documentation as required.

THE WORK
  • Perform test operations utilizing test methods and or written or verbal instructions as required.
  • Obtain necessary reference documentation as required to perform testing e.g. (Test Methods, Specification Drawings, Schematics).
  • Set up test equipment as required to perform all necessary tests and or troubleshooting of production equipment.
  • Perform test on first piece production models working with Manufacturing and Design Engineering as required to assure smooth transition to production.
  • May make adjustments and remove components as required for fault isolation.
  • Operate automated test systems utilizing test software.
  • May perform fault isolation on production components as required.
  • Keep production records, logbooks and test data as required.

Basic Qualifications

Experience performing test operations utilizing test methods and or written or verbal instructions as required. Experience with varied electronic test equipment. Electronic Technology, or similar, Certificate/Degree. High school diploma or GED is required.

Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Desired Skills

Experience testing hardware (Analog, Digital, and Power).

Familiar with Radio Frequency (RF) measurement equipment and techniques. Experience with test equipment that includes signal generators, oscilloscopes, volt meters, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers, etc. Understand the interactions of VSWR and Noise with RF Components. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working in a team environment. Experience troubleshooting to the component level.

Pay Information
  • $42.38 - $42.38
